SHIPPING POLICY
At BELORA FIT, we aim to make every delivery simple and reliable. Orders are carefully processed before shipment, and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product availability.

For U.S. orders, standard shipping is estimated at 7–15 business days and costs $5.00, with free shipping on orders over $100. International shipping is estimated at 10–20 business days and costs $8.00, with free shipping on orders over $120. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At BELORA FIT, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team before sending any item back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except when required by applicable law or when the item received is defective or incorrect.
